Thomas Marlow Photobooths (via Brooklyn Bride)

Add this to the list of, "Things I would have wanted to be as an adult if I had known it was an option."

Chicago Photographer, Thomas Marlow, creates photobooth backdrops for weddings. He brings in artists to help bring the couples' ideas to reality. Faaaaantastic.

Here's Thomas's website. I can't find any more photobooth shots but he has some other spectacular photography there. I particularly love some of his abstract work. Like this.

Inspired by Jill Bliss and Saelee Oh

These great images are from a show by Jill Bliss and Saelee Oh. This is one of those shows that would have been so great to see in person. What texture. (happy *sigh*)

I'm thinking of photoshoots to do this winter. This would be a cool effect for rain. Also would just be a neat decoration hanging en masse in some little corner of, I don't know, some random event coming up?! What about a photobooth?!

Custom Backdrops (by Smilebooth)

I really want a photobooth at the wedding. We did one for this past New Years party and besides the fact that I still owe everyone a CD full of photos it was basically a success. So imagine how happy I am when I see something like the fun work of Ashley Meaders of Smilebooth. Their homepage is hilarious and they have great pictures once you get past the lips. (The lips!!!)
