I Googled tonight "How large a site for 200 people," and got a lot of results for food. I like that stuff like this exists. This so far is my favorite. Ellen's Kitchen.
Here she talks about salad (2nd question down).
Here's a food plan for 100 people.
And of course she has a wedding section.
Kind of incredible.
Aaaand this is how much space we'll need. Hmmmm.....

Wedding Nightmares
My brain has apparently discovered the wedding as a wonderful resource for nighttime terror. My life is stressful for other reasons right now but not really anything to do with the wedding. But in the last week I've had 3 wedding related stress dreams. Two back to back last night and the night prior. And I'm kind of starting to get annoyed. Last night it was the Thursday before the wedding and I still hadn't picked out bridesmaids dresses. Also the church we were having the ceremony at probably wouldn't fit everyone (and there were places we were going to have to put chairs where no one would be able to see Z and me.) The fabric flowers we all made filled like 15 tables of what in the dream looked like 100 tables. (Does every couple get their own table, Brain?) And by the end, the guests were arriving (a day early I might add), I was debating if I could make more flowers in time and I still hadn't written my vows.
For the love of God.

Happy Love Day
At this time, 7PM, in exactly six months, Z and I will just be married. It's a nice thing to consider on a day like Valentine's Day. Now excuse me, I'm off to eat a heart shaped pizza followed by a heart shaped brownie. And he's about to get a card made of felt.
Life is good.
Life is good.

And then there were...less
Tahdah! These are those tiny felt flowers I was talking about. And with the help of six fantastic friends and family, we got all of the main invitation inserts finished and some 30 of the outsides finished. There are like 20 steps to each. I can't believe how much we got done. Amazing all around.
A gigantic THANK YOU!
